Simple animation, low-poly stylish modelling and reuse of old project items, was how i made this room in no-time.

My main focus was to make some character loop-able animation in stop-motion style. My animation is 24 framerate and is loop-able on each 96 frames. Character animates on each 6 frame, 3D printer on each 12 frame, lava-lamp on each 24 frames and so on. It was also a project where i could try out some orthographic camera style since i really enjoy that :).

This low-Poly-Self character is 3012 faces and 5898 tri. I used the Maya-Auto rig to generate a fast skelleton and controls. I then added my own eye and hand controls to it.

Here is the room itself in wireframe. Most items was quite low-poly since i went for that look.

This very stylish ;) lava-lamp. Made 4 different frames and animated it on each 24 frames. 2 Planes inside the lamp for the "lava" to go up, and the other for downfall.

The 3D printer i created a few simple rigs for the wires with curve control, parent the end to the printer head. Made simple group control for printer head and Bed for movement of the parts.
